Falling Asleep at Night
Many people report that mixing 1/4 teaspoon of Celtic Sea Salt in
8 ounces of purified water and drinking just prior to going to bed
allows them to sleep very deeply.

getting a healthy night's sleep is to stir 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
into a cup of water and drink it before going to bed.
