I've recently added Papaya (paw paw) and Mangos to my protocol

Broccoli, Green cabbage, Carrots, Brussels sprouts, Potatoes, peas, Onions. I try to eat on top of these cooked above a Raw cooking potent Onion and at minimum Half of a decent size onion.

Undertaking plenty of exercise via walking which is less stressful and free radical * generating. This helps move the lymph fluid around the body!

You could always add a Multiple-Wave-Oscillator to this protocol use it for 1 hour at least for a while then go to 30 minutes a day. If you have Cancer then try 4 hours a day!
