The AcuTrigger is a self-energizing generator that requires no electricity or batteries. As the activator button is pressed down, a small amount of comfortable electrical energy is created which can be felt on the skin. The sensation feels like being lightly snapped with a small rubber band.

WHEN TO USE . . .

The AcuTrigger can be used at the first sign of developing aches or pains. When stress or trauma occurs to your body, the AcuTrigger may be part of the solution. Repeated use over the point of pain or the surrounding area may bring significant comfort and quick relief. You can repeat the application as often as necessary. Please realize that chronic pain problems may take longer to respond. Be patient, and continue repeated applications of the AcuTrigger as necessary to the area of pain.

AcuTherapy: The AcuTrigger technique is called "AcuTherapy". AcuTherapy is the art of normalizing the electrical flow of energies. AcuTherapy's purpose is to re-establish the normal flow of electrical energies necessary for the body to maintain its normal health-giving functions (homeostasis).

There are many methods that accomplish normalizing very well. With AcuTherapy, it appears that normalizing is faster, safer and may last for longer periods of time than most other methods.

USING ACUTRIGGER . . .

The AcuTrigger can be used by yourself alone. It can also be used with the assistance of a second person. To use it by yourself, hold the AcuTrigger by placing the fingergrips against the index and middle fingers. Position the thumb on the top of the black, spring-loaded plunger. Most practitioners recommend placing the tip of the AcuTrigger on the area of pain and begin by depressing the plunger until the instrument "clicks". Then they continue to reposition the instrument around the area of pain, or along a specific meridian, depressing the plunger with an interval of at least 2 seconds between "clicks". Do not rapidly "click" the instrument, and always allow 2 seconds between "clicks".

To use the AcuTrigger with the assistance of a second person, have the second person hold the AcuTrigger in the manner described above. (The difference between using it yourself and having a second person use it on you specifically relates to completing the circuit.) The position of holding the AcuTrigger in one hand is the same for the second person, but one finger of their opposite hand must be in contact with your body. The person applying the AcuTrigger to your body needs to be aware that a mild tingle might be felt through their contact finger as the instrument "clicks." This is a normal effect.
